Reviving Breads After Shipping or Freezing

Since we use no preservatives we suggest freezing any bread that is not going to be eaten within a day or two of purchase in a sealed plastic freezer bag.

To defrost, remove the bread from the freezer and leave at room temperature until bread is completely thawed.

To freshen your bread, sprinkle or mist it lightly with water and place in a preheated oven at a temperature of 350 degrees for 10 minutes. (ONLY WITH A WHOLE OR HALF LOAF. NEVER WHEN THE BREAD IS ALREADY SLICED)
